About this site

For those inclined, here are some more technical notes concerning this site.

The setup of this site is quite simple. It is written in HTML and includes only a few placeholders that are replaced with actual values before publication. I didn't use any standard tools for this; I wrote my own. The technology stack consists of the following:

POSIX Shell (sh) for scripting
HTML with a few placeholders that are replaced by a build script.
Woodpecker CI Workflows (.woodpecker/*.yaml)
AWS S3 Buckets for storing artifacts and Terraform remote state
Tools for building, deploying, etc.: AWS CLI, rsync, Bunny Transfer CLI, envsubst, and OpenTofu

Everything is maintained in Git and hosted on codeberg.org/slu/lund.dk.eu.org
